What is a fade?
The sound swells gently at the start (fade-in) or dies away at the end (fade-out), instead of starting or stopping abruptly. Handy for a ringtone or a piece of music.
How long can a recording be?
To trim, Spoel loads the whole recording into memory: up to about 40 minutes. For longer recordings, Convert audio does work.
Is my recording sent anywhere?
No. Trimming happens in your browser, on your own device. Nothing goes to a server.
